Due to internal promotion, my client has an immediate vacancy for a Contracts Manager.
You will be responsible for dealing with all sites within a key client. These are currently ranging from small office developments, to 80 bed nursing homes.
At any one time, you could be responsible for over-seeing up to 6/7 jobs, and would have a full site management team working beneath you on each development.
Full responsibility for meeting with clients, architects, sub-contractors will be given, and in turn, you would report into the company Directors on a weekly basis.
Due to the varied devlopments this client takes on, this role will be extremely varied and exciting.
An excellent package is on offer, including a salary up to £53k plus car or car allowance, etc.
