Due to further expansion, coupled with the award of numerous additional contracts, my client has an immediate requirement for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
As part of one of the North's most recognised, largest groups, this role brings with it massive career progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for working on various contracts, including social housing, refurbishment and new-build, ensuring a variety of work!
Involved from meeting clients to discuss future contracts, to seeing from conception to completion, you will have full autonomy on site delegation. Depending on contract / site size, you will have Managers or Foremen who will co-ordinate site activities and report direct in to you, who will in turn report in to the company directors.
Previous experience is essential, preferably gained within either new build contracting or refurbishments.
