Our client is one of the leading contractors in the North East. They cover all aspects of construction including industrial, leisure, office and residential.

Due to business growth and an influx of tenders, both Estimators and Senior Estimators are required for the Sunderland office. We are looking for Estimators with a strong proven track record within the construction industry and a stable career history.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Co-ordination of tender bids and pre-contract activities through to construction
• Sourcing competitive subcontractor quotes
• Validation of final contract documentation
• Preparing detailed budget cost plans
• Tendering projects ranging from £100K - £20million
