My client has 2 immediate requirements for Site Managers in Sunderland.
You will be working on either a new build school or school extension. Previous educational building experience would be preferred although is not essential.
With full responsibility for site production, you will work along side the Site Foreman and report direct in to the Contracts Manager.
Main duties will include: Control of site labour and sub-contractors; Full Health & Safety; Meeting with both clients and architects; Ordering of materials; Works schedules; etc
You must have at least 3 years experience at this level, and hold CSCS Managers card.
An excellent package is available, including either company car / van or allowance.
